Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) in partnership with the City of Lynn, Mayor Jared C. Nicholson and the North Shore Latino Business Association (NSLBA) present a First Time Homebuyer Class.

This workshop will be held in English only on Saturday, April 26 & Sunday, April 27 from 8:30am – 2:00pm. Pre-registration is required and participants are registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration fee of $50 per individual or $75 per couple – must be purchasing a home together in order to receive discounted price.

Classes are certified by the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative. You MUST attend both class sessions to receive a certificate.
