Sound Healing

Many of us could use some self-care these days. Did you know that 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 has the power to shift your nervous system from stress to deep relaxation? When you experience a sound bath, your brainwaves slow down, your body releases tension, and you enter a state of healing.
Please join the Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn on May 4th for a 90-minute journey into wellness through Sound Healing!
