Workshop | Love Your Magic

The City of Lynn is thrilled to partner with Love Your Magic for a workshop during the Lynn Teen Drop-In Center’s April Vacation hours. The workshop will consist of a yoga session and discussion focused on envisioning the future.
Self-care is a revolutionary act and we acknowledge that in order to pour into others, we must care for ourselves first. As such, we will launch with a session focused on self-care. We will then engage in an activity to envision the future we want to see in Lynn.
THE LYNN TEEN DROP-IN CENTER WILL BE OPEN DURING APRIL VACATION FROM THE 16TH-19TH, 6-9PM.

La Ciudad de Lynn se complace en asociarse con Love your Magic para ofrecer un taller durante las horas de la Vacación de Abril del Centro de Actividades para Adolescentes de Lynn. El taller consistirá en sesiones de yoga y conversaciones enfocadas en visualizar el futuro.
El autocuidado es un acto revolucionario y reconocemos que para dedicarnos a otros, debemos cuidarnos a nosotros mismos
primero. De tal manera, comenzaremos con una sesión centrada en el autocuidado. Luego participaremos en una actividad para imaginar el futuro que queremos ver en Lynn.
