Final Galleries At LynnArts show of 2020 opens Friday
From GALA: Grand Opening Weekend of our Juried Member Show, we will be open on Friday from 5 to 8 and on Saturday from 11 to 5. This is the last show of 2020 so don’t miss it! We are so happy to be able to showcase our extremely talented local artists and their works. Yes, it’s that time of the year. The Fall trees have shed their leaves and the holiday shopping season is upon us! Our Members Exhibit is showcasing over 100 pieces of artwork executed in a variety of media and styles that express a wide range of creative voices. Don’t forget that our Gallery Shop also features art by many local artists.

City of Lynn Email Update
As of Wednesday, November 11th at 5:30 PM: The City of Lynn email system is currently experiencing technical difficulties and there may be a delay in sending or receiving emails from city employees at least through Thursday, November 12th. IT staff are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please check the City website for further updates.
Housing Lynn survey extended
The Housing Lynn Online Open House & Survey has been extended through Sunday, November 15th to get your input on draft plan recommendations. The survey will take around 30 minutes and will be valuable as Lynn works to finalize its Housing Production Plan.If you have any questions, please contact housinglynn@mapc.org

COVID-19 testing site updates

Testing has been extended until December 31st.

From Mayor McGee’s office: The Lynn Public Health Department has confirmed that as of today, the number of active, confirmed positive COVID-19 cases is 862 with 87 new cases today. 5,360 Lynn residents have recovered and 125 have died. The total number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in Lynn since March 21, 2020, including those who have died and recovered, is 6,347.
