Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development opens Curwin Circle Public Housing Waiting List

The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) will be making available applications for Curwin Circle Public Housing Two (2) and Three (3) Bedroom Units Only, FOR PLACEMENT ON A WAITING LIST.

APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 21, 2022 THROUGH JUNE 24, 2022.  APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON LHAND’S WEB SITE (lhand.org), AT THE LHAND ADMISSIONS OFFICE FROM 9:00am TO 11:00AM (174 SOUTH COMMON STREET, LYNN, MA) AND AT VARIOUS OTHER LYNN AGENCIES.  APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BEFORE JUNE 21, 2022.

COMPLETED APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED IF HAND DELIVERED BY 12:00PM JULY 1, 2022 OR EMAILED BY MIDNIGHT JULY 1, 2022 OR POSTMARKED BY JULY 1, 2022.

A LOTTERY WILL DETERMINE PLACEMENT ON THE WAITING LIST; PLACEMENT ON THE WAITING LIST IS NOT BASED ON WHEN AN APPLICATION IS RECEIVED.

NOT ALL COMPLETED APPLICATIONS WILL BE PICKED FOR THE WAITING LIST; ONCE AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN SELECTED, PLACEMENT ON THE WAITING LIST WILL BE DETERMINED BY VERIFICATION OF THE PREFERENCE STATUS CHOSEN ON THE APPLICATION.

You may be eligible if your Annual Gross Income is Less than:

  • 1 person | $78,300
  • 2 persons | $89,500
  • 3 persons | $100,700
  • 4 persons | $111,850
  • 5 persons | $120,800
  • 6 persons | $129,750
