New Year, Updated Residential Parking System

Beginning January 1st 2024, the City of Lynn will be switching to a fully electronic resident parking system. Residents will need to register online using an email and upload a photo/electronic copy of their valid registration to the online permit portal: Lynn.thepermitportal.com

A digital permit will be issued for up to FOUR vehicles registered to the address as well as TWO digital visitor passes per household free of charge, to be assigned to visitors using on street parking.

As of November 21st 2023, a fee of $20 will be assessed per permit issued through the Lynn Permit Portal. If assistance is needed please bring registration into office.

PLEASE NOTE: This only applies to streets that have existing residential parking. If you do not live on a street with residential parking this does not apply to you.

Se emitirá un permiso digital para un máximo de QUATRO vehículos registrados a la dirección, así como DOS pases de visitantes virtuales que serán asignados a visitantes que utilicen el estacionamiento en la calle.

A partir del 21 de noviembre de 2023, se cobrará una tarifa de $20 por permiso emitido a través del Portal de Permisos de Lynn. Si necesita ayuda, favor de traer su registro a la oficina.

TENGA EN CUENTA: Esto solo se aplica a las calles que tienen estacionamiento residencial existente. Si no vive en una calle con estacionamiento residencial, esto no se aplica a usted.
