From the City of Lynn: There will be enhanced targeted snow removal from 9:00pm to 5:00am on Friday, March 6th.

A targeted parking ban on the affected streets will be in effect for the duration of snow removal operations. Clearance of these specific areas is prioritized as a matter of public safety. Residents are encouraged to utilize school and municipal parking lots as an alternative to street parking, with no charge.

The City has identified priority streets and affected residents have been notified via RAVE.

If you live on the following streets, please refer to the signage in your area:

  • Gardiner Street

Recommended Parking lots:

  • Lincoln-Thomson School

*All vehicles must be removed by Saturday, March 7th at 10am or be subject to ticketing and towing

Residents within the designated areas are advised to remain observant for red signage matching the provided example below:

VEHICLES OBSTRUCTING STREET ACCESS ARE SUBJECT TO TOWING.
Towed cars will be located at 389 Blossom Street (Lynn Ferry Terminal Site)

Please be advised that the Department of Public Works (DPW) will conduct concurrent snow removal operations throughout the city. These specific efforts do not require a parking ban.
