The City of Lynn Planning Department is pleased to share the draft of Vision Lynn, the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Created in collaboration with the community, the document captures our twenty-year vision for the city, including our shared values and goals, and will guide future development and investments in infrastructure.

The Planning Department is accepting comments through May 15 through email by clicking here or by phone at 781-586-6856. After May 15, they will create a final draft. After that they will seek an endorsement from the City Council at their June 13th meeting, and an adoption by the Planning Board shortly after.

The Planning Department will also be hosting Office Hours throughout the comment period for anyone who would like to ask questions or share input directly with staff. Please click here for more details about these events.
