
The City of Lynn’s Election Office held a recount today at Lynn City Hall for Ward 4. After the Nov. 2 election only 56 votes separated the candidates running for City Councilor of Ward 4, well within the margin for a recount. Ward 4 Councilor Richard Colucci was declared the winner over challenger Natasha Megie-Maddrey, who has promised to run again, with the margin widening to 59 votes.
