On New Years Day the Swampscott Yacht Club held their annual polar plunge event. 100s of members of the community gathered at Fisherman’s Beach to jump into the Atlantic Ocean to celebrate the new year & raise funds for a local organization. This year money raised benefited Lynn Economic Opportunity (LEO) who help with fuel assistance, early childhood care, and more.
