On October 23rd the 4th Annual Register to Vote & Halloween Event was held at Trios on Market St. School Committee member & Founder of Lynners Against Drug Abuse Lenny Pena organizes this event every year that aims to get people registered to vote in the election while having a fun time with a costume contest.
