A groundbreaking ceremony was held at 21 Oxford Street on March 4, 2026 with the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless , Commonwealth Land Trust, and more. This five-story development will provide 40 single-occupancy, permanently affordable homes for people with histories of homelessness, extremely low incomes, and disabilities. This project advances Commonwealth Land Trust (CLT)’s mission to create stable, long-term housing and preserve communities at a time of urgent housing need.
