Cultura Latina Dance Academy (CLDA) were our guests on this episode of the Lynn Lowdown. Yaya Rodriguez (Founder/CEO) joined Dani to discuss their goals for the next year and the imporatnaced of understanding the culture behind the dances they teach. For over a decade CLDA have been teaching people of all ages in Downtown Lynn, with their youngest students only 2 years old. They teach various styles of dance, along with the cultural significance, and their students often perform at cultural events and more. Every June CLDA holds recitals for the end of their year, featuring all 120+ students.
