Healing Abuse Working For Change (HAWC) were our guests on this edition of the Lynn Lowdown. Executive Director Sara Stanley joined us to discuss some of the programs and services that HAWC offers. Safety planning, help with medical issues, and setting up an abuse prevention order were among the topics covered. HAWC’s 24-hour emergency line was also highlighted, which offers help for those seeking information, support, shelter, or legal services.
