Energy Advocate for the City of Lynn Cameron Foley sat down with LCTV Executive Director Seth Albaum to discuss cost-saving opportunities available to residents and small businesses in Lynn , with the goal to boost participation in energy efficient programs. The two discussed what the MassSave Community First Partnership is, that the energy check up process is like, how the program works for residents, and more.
