The United States Marine Corps are celebrating their 250th birthday and they brought the festivities to Lynn last Sunday, August 24th. Featuring performances by the Quantico Marine Band, Silent Drill Platoon and the Lynn English Junior ROTC. This was followed by the pool function where recruits participated in physical and mental challenges to prepare them for Marine Corps training.
