This week on the LCTV News we reported on an update for the new Pickering Middle School, Lynn Fire Dept. promoting 4, grants to improve road safety, local sports, and more news from the week. We also show recaps of the Hispanic Heritage Flag Parade & Raising, My Brother’s Table’s annual walk, Bradley Campus memorial celebration, and more events from the last week in Lynn. Additionally, we showcase some of the electrical boxes that have been transformed into works of art as part of the Public Arts Commission’s “Fabrics of The Community” series.

On this edition of the Lynn Lowdown we welcomed on The Recovery Exchange. Kim Patterson (Program Director) & (Peer Coordinator) joined us to discuss what The Recovery Exchange does, how the center is member-driven, and more. Their mission is to assist those recovering from substance abuse disorder to become stable, learn how to operate in the community, long-term recovery, and more.
