Ribbon cuttings for the Cook St. Park & Capitol Waste were held earlier today, June 27th. Beyond Walls and The City of Lynn worked together with CarMax to renovate Cook St. Park for new equipment and more updates. After this ribbon cutting the City of Lynn recognized Capitol Waste Services for taking over trash/recycling duties in Lynn.
