LCTV News | “SCiLL Lab” visit Marshall Middle School (July 18, 2022)

On July 18th the Sustainability and Climate Innovation Learning Lab (SCiLL) from “Change is Simple”visited Marshall Muddle School. SCiLL is an escape Room/Escape the Lab program where students problem-solve ways to lower their carbon footprint and reduce climate change.  The students who participated in this 20-minute interactive educational experience were part of LEAP for Education and the Dream MORE Summer Program at Thurgood Marshall Middle School. Students learned about sources of carbon dioxide emissions, natural reservoirs of carbon around our world, and the role that THEY play in protecting our planet and reducing their carbon footprints.
