The snow parking ban for the City of Lynn will be lifted at 6:00PM.  Anyone parking in the City's snow lots must remove their vehicles by 8:00pm, Saturday, February 7th before being subject to ticketing and towing.  Towed cars are located at 389 Blossom Street (Lynn Ferry Terminal Site). The Department of Public Works (DPW) will continue snow removal operations.

On September 23, 2025 the City of Lynn held a ribbon cutting for the new Lynn Harbor Park, on the Lynnway. This event celebrated this 30-acre waterfront destination that reconnects the community to the shoreline for the first time in generations. This celebration honors the partnerships, vision, and hard work that brought this once-closed, environmentally impaired site back to life, now open to the public as a vibrant space for recreation, reflection, and future development.
