South Harbor Implementation Plan Public Hearing | November 16, 2023
The City of Lynn held a public hearing regarding the South Harbor Implementation Plan on Nov. 16, 2023 at the Lynn YMCA. During the public hearing City Planners, elected officials, and others involved in the project gave a presentation with visualizations and more going over the project & what the public can expect. After the presentation the community was invited to ask questions and participate in breakout groups for collective feedback.
