From the UUCGL:  You are invited to take a little time out of your week for restorative silence and reconnection. We will be meeting on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of each month until the spring. This is a free program and no prior experience is required. We gather in the sanctuary promptly at 5:15pm for a short lesson and orientation for newcomers, followed by 25 minutes of guided meditation, always ending by 6pm. This program is very welcoming of newcomers and experienced meditators alike!
