From Galleries at LynnArts (GALA): Light can be many things: illumination, clarity, warmth, memory, truth, energy, or transformation. In times of uncertainty or transition, light becomes both a metaphor and a material—something we seek, create, carry, or become. This exhibition invites artists to explore light in its physical, emotional, spiritual, and symbolic forms. We welcome works that investigate light as presence or absence, as softness or intensity, as hope, revelation, resistance, or quiet endurance. Interpretations may be abstract or representational, subtle or bold, personal or collective.
Exhibit runs from February 27 – March 18, 2026.
Admission to the Galleries is always free. Gallery hours are as follows:
- Wednesday-Friday from 3-7pm
- Saturday from 12-4pm
- Appointments also available
