Our discussion with Dr. Oliver Freudenreich comes from his lecture for our Conversations For Caring series. Kelly Daugherty implores us to keep our cool during the hot months. Tempers can escalate as temperatures rise. And while it’s important to stay mobile, Rose MacDonald reminds us to stay hydrated!
