
Project Success is a 16-week paid after-school program for Lynn residents that aims to provide youth, ages 14-22, with an opportunity to explore potential careers and jobs. The program offers workforce development and sex education workshops, supports youth in creating career and educational goals, offers field trips to various local businesses, hosts guest presenters, engages in service-learning projects and has externship placements.
This program is Monday through Friday after school. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be at LifeScene from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be at individual externship placements in Lynn (assigned by Project Success) from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
This program includes:
- Workforce training
- Sexual health and wellness workshops
- Civic education
- Hands-on work experience
- Financial literacy

Applications will close on September 6th, 2024. For an application to be considered a completed letter of recommendation needs to be sent to programs@lifescene.org by 5:00 pm on September 6th, 2024.
