On March 18, 2025 the City of Lynn & Town of Swampscott held a joint town hall regarding issues at King’s Beach at the Lynn Auditorium. Elected officials discussed what they are doing at the local municipal level, possible solutions such as using UV light, and more. An open mic section was done after the presentation, where community members could voice their concerns.
