The City of Lynn held the 4th annual Lynnside Out Festival at Frederick Douglass Park on September 6th. Mayor Nicholson began this event as a way for the community to connect with all city departments in a more relaxed, fun environment. This year also featured performances by local artists and free food from local restaurants.
