LCTV News | Solimine House Groundbreaking Ceremony | December 18, 2025
On Friday, December 19, 2Life Communities broke ground on the new Solimine House in Lynn, MA. Scheduled for completion in fall 2027, the development will create 150 new apartments for area seniors, which will be 100% affordable to households with incomes up to 60% of the area median income. The new community for adults age 62+ will be located at 500 Lynnfield Street at the site of the former Union Hospital.
