MSAC Seeks Input From MBTA RIDE Users
From the Mass Senior Action Council: In September 2025, the RIDE changed their policy on the use of personal carts, and introduced changes to their trip scheduling and routing system.
We want to hear directly from riders about how these changes have affected your daily life. The information we collect will help support the efforts of RIDE customers who are working to make the system better.
Your responses are anonymous and will help Ride users advocate for change.
