Lynn Lowdown | 2026 Juneteenth Events in June & July
The North Shore Juneteenth Association joined us on this edition of the Lynn Lowdown to discuss their upcoming events in celebration of Juneteenth. Nicole McClain & Wendy Joseph joined us to discuss their events on June 16, June 20, July 3rd, and July 23rd. Events include the flag raising for the Juneteenth flag, a community celebration, and a reading of Frederick Douglass’ speech “What to the Slave Is the Fourth of July?” Are among the festivities currently planned.
