The annual YMCA of Metro North Road Race Series continued this past Saturday, Sept. 25th with the Demakes Family YMCA’s Stride Along The Tide 5K. These 5Ks are held annually at YMCAs in the Metro North area to raises funds for a variety of charitable activities that benefit their communities.
