This year’s theme, “Building Communities that Care: Celebrating the Leaders and Partnerships that Unite Healthcare, Housing, and Community, reflects our belief that older adults thrive when healthcare providers, housing organizations, community partners, caregivers, and advocates work together to help them live safely and independently at home.
This year we are proud to honor Michel Curry, President & CEO, MA League of Community Health Centers with the Community Leadership Award and the Solimine Family with the Building Communities that Care Award.
Our mission extends beyond healthcare alone. We know that helping older adults age independently requires strong partnerships between healthcare providers, housing organizations, community agencies, families, and dedicated caregivers. These collaborations create the foundation for healthier, more connected communities where older adults can continue living with purpose, dignity, and security.
