2026 Trails & Sails: Poetry Workshop with Latina Bohemian

From the Lynn Museum & Arts Center: It’s that time of year again: Trails & Sails is here in Essex County! We are delighted to participate in this year’s lineup of free activities at the Lynn Museum & Arts Center as part of the festivities.
Join arts advocate Latina Bohemian as she returns for a second year to lead an interactive poetry workshop, kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month! Creatives will explore community building in the arts during a hands-on session, along with the opportunity (if they are comfortable) to perform their own poems and share visual art.
This workshop is free and open to all ages and writing levels. Network and engage with others in this inclusive program!

Admission to the museum is free on the days of our Trails & Sails events. We hope to see you here to celebrate the history and creativity of Essex County.
Winner of the BWOC Community Engagement Award, Latina Bohemian is a 2025 Lynnspire grant recipient and has been featured at several area arts centers.
Trails & Sails is an event series that brings awareness and appreciation for heritage resources around Essex County, Massachusetts, which is a federally designated National Heritage Area.
Historically, Trails & Sails has focused on outdoor activities such as guided hikes and excursions on the water, but over the years it has grown to include historic house tours, lectures, community celebrations, special exhibitions, craft demonstrations, and many other diverse activities.
