2nd Annual Healthcare From the Heart Gala

From Element Care: On Thursday, October 29, Element Care, a leading Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), will host its second annual Healthcare from the Heart Gala at the Seaport Hotel in Boston.
This year’s theme, “Building Communities that Care,” celebrates the partnerships that bring healthcare, housing, and community together following a year of meaningful progress with 2Life Communities and YWCA so older adults can age safely in the places they call home. The evening will include remarks from Element Care CEO Doug Thompson and a short film featuring Element Care participants.
Element Care will present two awards at the event honoring Michael Curry, Esq., President and CEO of the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, and the Solimine Family for their leadership, commitment, and impact on Greater Boston’s senior community.
