Customer Assistance Event – March 2026

From National Grid: Please join National Grid and the City of Lynn’s Energy Advocate at our Lynn Customer Assistance Event to explore helpful resources. This savings event will be held on Tuesday, March 24, from 4 – 7 p.m. at the North Shore Community College – Gymnasium, 300 Broad Street, Lynn, MA 01901.
We’re here to help with options to manage your energy bill. Meet with assistance program experts and connect with the resources your family needs, all under one roof, all in one day.
Our advocates will be on site to help you explore options and determine your eligibility for assistance including the following:
- Discount Rate
- Payment Plans
- Budget Plan
- Arrears Management Program (AMP)
Along with the advocates, you can talk with representatives from the Local Community Action Program (CAP) Agency for LIHEAP/Fuel Assistance services.
What to bring:
If you receive SNAP, MassHealth, SSl, or WIC, please bring your benefit card and/or program acceptance letter to enroll in our Discount Rate Program for your gas and electric accounts (if you’re not already enrolled).
You may also qualify for our Forgiveness Program.
