“Downtown in Color” Banner Unveiling

From Lynn Main Streets: Lynn Main Streets, in partnership with the City of Lynn, invites the community to “Downtown in Color,” a special unveiling ceremony celebrating Downtown Lynn’s newest public art installation and banner series.

The event will take place on Thursday, March 26 at 12:00 PM at the Laces of Lynn Structure, Exchange Street at the Mt. Vernon intersection.

“Downtown in Color” honors the talented artist behind Lynn’s newest banner series, whose work now lines the streets of downtown. The project reflects Lynn Main Streets’ continued commitment to public art, placemaking, and celebrating the creativity that defines the city’s identity.

The new banners add vibrancy and visual storytelling to the district, reinforcing Downtown Lynn as a dynamic hub for small businesses, culture, and community pride. The unveiling ceremony will include brief remarks from Lynn Main Streets and City leaders, followed by an opportunity for attendees to view the banners and connect with fellow community members.

This project is part of Lynn Main Streets’ ongoing efforts to strengthen Downtown Lynn through public art initiatives that uplift local artists and create welcoming, engaging spaces for residents and visitors alike.
