Empowering Youth Voices 2026

May 8 @ 8:00 am - 1:00 pm EDT

Support LCTV with your membership

From The NAN Project: Empowering Youth Voices is our annual, one-day summit designed to uplift, inspire, and center the voices of high school students across Massachusetts. Held at Danversport, this free event brings young people together for a meaningful day of connection, conversation, and leadership focused on mental health, advocacy, and youth empowerment.

On Friday, May 8th students will join peers from schools across the state to learn from one another, share their experiences, and discover the power of their voices in shaping healthier, more compassionate communities. Schools typically attend with groups of approximately 10 students and 2 chaperones, and there is no cost to participate.

Keynote speaker: Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell

Last year, Empowering Youth Voices welcomed nearly 300 students and chaperones from over 20 schools, building an unforgettable space filled with energy, courage, and hope. The young people who showed up reminded us that they are not just the future, they are the movement happening right now.

Registration: Schools can reserve their spot by emailing mtangney@thenanproject.org.
