Get married at the Library

From the Lynn Public Library: Get married at the Library this Valentine’s Day!
Conducted by Head City Clerks Mary Gokas & Loralee Shinnick, and Assistant City Clerk Emily Mercado. Once you have obtained your marriage license (deadline 2/6/26), schedule your appointment by contacting the City Clerk office.*
THE DAY INCLUDES
- Use of the library’s historic Reading Room for the ceremony.
- Couples may have up to 10 guests accompany them during their appointment time.
- Free photographs of the ceremony.
There is limited space left (in the morning hours) and the deadline is February 6th. Interested couples are asked to contact the City Clerk’s office to schedule a time and to obtain their marriage license. Other questions can be directed to the Library.
*Please note while use of the library is free, fees for ceremony & license still apply.
