Kakrona Center is excited to invite everyone to their annual “Khmer New Year Festival”! Join Kakrona for a vibrant day filled with delicious food, traditional music, cultural performances, contests, raffles, games, and so much more. This is a family-friendly event open to everyone in the community!

  • Spicy Papaya Salad Eating Contest – Compete for a trophy and a prize! Take on the undefeated champ (Alec Johnson)
  • Cultural Performances – Traditional folk dances, singers, musicians, martial arts demonstrations, and many more!
  • Shopping & Vendors – Find traditional clothing, jewelry, artwork, toys, plants, and more
