From UUCGL: Curious about Tai Chi or Qigong? Come experience these calming, energizing practices for yourself at our free, no‑obligation lessons on April 21st.
Tai Chi at 9am — learn the fundamentals and explore this flowing moving meditation
Qigong at 10am — try gentle walking‑meditation movements and enjoy form demonstrations
Come to one or both! Open to all — the public is welcome, and every age and ability can participate.
