Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn’s Plant-Based Cooking Group is for ALL AGES!
UUCGL’s popular plant-based cooking group meets on select Thursdays of each month. It is designed to create community by cooking and eating plant-based food together, thereby reducing the costs of food and helping the planet, too! Some recent dishes made:
- Lentil Bolognese
- Sweet Potato, Chickpea, and Spinach Coconut Curry
- Baked Tofu
- Sweet Potato and Corn Chowder
- Lentil Shepherd’s Pie with Mushroom Gravy
- Thai Coconut Curry with Jasmine Rice
- Red Lentil Soup
- Honey Mustard Coleslaw
- Vegan Lemon Cake
- Coconut Crumble Bars
All are welcome. Registration only required if you haven’t participated before.
