Public Meeting | Updates on the Lynn Calm Team

The City of Lynn invites the public to attend two public meetings for updates on the Lynn Calm Team (LCT), the city’s alternative to police response. The City has been working through program design details with the vendor for the LCT, Eliot Community Human Services.

There have been significant advancements, including Eliot posting the two LCT staff positions. We’re hoping you will join us as we share implementation details presented by our consultants from the Collins Center at one of the following community meetings. We will serve light refreshments and anyone is welcomed to attend, so help us spread the word!

Dates and locations for the meetings:

• Monday, October 28th from 5:30 – 7 pm at the YMCA Community Room (40 Neptune Blvd)
• Spanish only session: Thursday, November 7th from 5:30 – 7 pm at the Lynn Housing Authority Community Room (10 Church Street)

La Ciudad de Lynn invita al público a asistir a dos reuniones públicas para recibir actualizaciones sobre el Lynn Calm Team (LCT por sus siglas en inglés), la alternativa de la ciudad a la respuesta policial. La ciudad ha estado trabajando en los detalles del diseño del programa con el proveedor del LCT, Eliot Community Human Services.

Ha habido avances significativos, incluyendo el anuncio de Eliot de los dos puestos de trabajo de LCT. Esperamos que nos acompañe mientras compartimos los detalles de implementación presentados por nuestros consultores del Collins Center en una de las siguientes reuniones comunitarias.
