Tuesdays, 11am | BEGINNER CLASS
Fridays, 11am | INTERMEDIATE CLASS
(Depending on preference and skill level, students may attend one or both classes.)

These classes are free (small donation per class is appreciated) and open to everyone!
Classes will be held at UUCGL in their Parish Hall.

For Beginners
Tuesday’s classes will be tailored for beginners as well as serving as a refresher for those who have taken some tai chi but need to review the basics again. These classes will accommodate beginners and intermediates and will be calibrated over time to fit the needs of the attendees. Students who are true beginners will find the pace of the Tuesday classes just right, while more advanced beginner students may choose to also attend the Friday classes to find more context and flow.
For Intermediates*
In Friday classes, intermediate students will continue to practice what they have come to know already as they learn new movements. These classes will be more tapered to individual growth, focusing on both the in-class instruction and the self-practice model to build the foundation of a meaningful practice.
*For those who have previously completed a beginner class with Rosie Segil.
