LCTV’s coverage of the 2021 Christmas Eve Parade for the City of Lynn. This annual 23 mile parade loops around the whole city and features festive floats, mascots, and more! The Lynn Christmas Eve Parade was started in 1986 by Richard Viger and John’s Oil.
