On Tuesday, June 17th the North Shore Juneteenth Association and City of Lynn held their annual Juneteenth flag raising ceremony. The community was invited to hear speeches about the importance of Juneteenth, a performance of the the Black National Anthem, and raising of the Juneteenth flag at City Hall.
