On this edition of the LCTV News we cover some of the big headlines of the past week including Neighbor To Neighbor’s new Executive Director, an MBTA proposal to cut fares in half, the Food Project accepting applications for their youth summer program, and other big news this week.

On the first edition of the Lowdown we welcomed on the Salvation Army of Lynn. Cpt. Enmanuel Villegas (Pastor / executive Director) joined us to talk about the programs as well as taking over leadership at Lynn’s Salvation Army.
