The Lynn Public Health Department were our guests on this Lynn Lowdown. Mulika Champigny (Community Resource Coordinator) & Candice McClory (Substance Use Disorder Coordinator/Community Liaison) joined Dani to discuss the Opioid Working Group, new mobile health van, and more. The Opioid Working Group (OWG) is accepting applications for projects until October 31st, and has $250K available for groups to assist with supplementing and strengthening resources for those affected by substance use disorder. They also discussed their new mobile public health van, the resource room they run in City Hall, and more for the community.
