NSCC seeking input on Mass STEP Information Technology Program at Lynn campus
North Shore Community College has been running the MassSTEP Information Technology Program at their Danvers campus, and are looking to expand into Lynn. Many of the students in this program are from the Lynn community, and NSCC is interested in hearing from the community about offering this free training program on the Lynn campus.
MassSTEP is a free IT (Information Technology) Training Program that prepares people with the skills and knowledge to become certified for entry level roles in 20 weeks. This IT (Information Technology) training is open to people with or without a High School diploma.
The survey linked below is designed to gather the data that will show the level of interest in this program coming to Lynn. North shore Community College believes that “the efforts to count the voices of the Lynn Community is critical to providing quality education for every student in our area” and will “help us provide a diverse population an equal opportunity to be included in this growing industry.”
