Video: 8th Essex District State Representative Candidates Forum
The Marblehead League of Women Voters held a candidates forum for the 8th Essex District State Representative on July 26, 2022. This forum was recorded by Marblehead’s community media center, MHTV, and distributed to all cities in the 8th. The six Democratic candidates are Jenny Armini, Diann Baylis, Tristan Smith, Terri Tauro, Doug Thompson and Polly Titcomb. There are currently no Republican candidates running.
The 8th Essex District covers Marblehead, Swampscott, and 2 precincts (3-4 and 4-4) in Lynn. The Primary Election will be held on September 6th and the General Election will be held on November 8th. For more information on voting in the city of Lynn, and sample ballots, please click here.
