This week on the LCTV News we reported on new eviction protection assistance, the interim commuter rail station opening, outgoing politicians recognized for their service, local sports, and more news from the week. President & Founder Robert MacIsaac came on to discuss this local non-profit, created in honor of his sister Sarah to provide opportunities for those with disabilities and raise money. On the second Lowdown we invited on Diverse People United (DPU). Founded in the summer of 2020 DPU works to fight police brutality, discrimination, advocate for mental health, and other injustices.
